Employees In Different Limit Conditions Rational Behavior Research

Theory about people’s behavior has always been one of thecore areas of psychology research． Human behavior is not blindor random phenomenon without any regularity． Behind ouractivities there are a series of determinants， such as theexternal environment， intrinsic motivation， emotion， willand intent and so on． And the corresponding psychologicaltheory of the formation and development has been notinterrupt． Currently widely recognition behavior predictionand interpretation theory include the Theory of PlannedBehavior, theories of motivation and cognitive informationprocessing theory etc．In terms of management psychology， thesubject is one of the most important task is to study how tomake the enterprise staff promote spontaneous efforts in theirwork and study， and thus improve the working performance ofthe organization．But we often find in the management of theactual practice， There is a larger gap between organization`sexpectation and employee behavior．Enterprise development andemployee growth requires rational behavior (action) oftriggering and keeping.
