Study On The Work Behavior Tendency On The Basis Of Work Value

Many studies on work values have been done during the passed 20 years in the west, and psychologists in China are becoming interested in it as well. The studies both in the West and the East focus on work choice. The aim of this paper is to apply circumstances imitation and project theory into work attitude and work behavior tendency .This study retain the objective choose means of questionnaire in order to get the efficient means of circumstances imitation and project theory, so that it can overcome the defects of circumstances imitation and project theory, the result of which is not easy to be evaluated objectively. In this paper we discussed difference of staff and students, and provide means to recruitment and education.The findings indicate these below:1.The work behavior tendency questionnaire is of good reliability and fair validity.2. We can evaluate people's behavior tendency form 5 aspects. The work behavior tendency questionnaire consists of 5 factors, such as communication & cooperation, work habit/manner, service& responsibility, abidance, self-affirmation.3. The demographic difference between the 5 factors above is significant.4. The difference between different corporations is significant.
