In2012, Chinatelevision advertising revenue exceeded100billion, while the new media advertisingrevenue in2008rose by more than10times, reached6,720,000,000.00yuan. As animportant factor in stimulating television and new media advertising growth, TV market isin a rapid period of development.The rapid development of the industry will inevitably bring about the expansion ofenterprises involved in the industry. In the environment of market economy, merger andreorganization is an important means of media companies to expand, and effective way toenhance the overall competitiveness of the media industry. Since2010, in media industry,which is the core industry culture industry, layer mergers and acquisitions accelerated trend.From traditional media to new media, from state-owned media enterprises to private mediacapital, media industry which is in the rapid development increasingly, highlight the powerof capital expansion.[2] In2013, Chinese culture industry mergers and acquisitions marketunusually fiery.
