Communication and Linguistics are dependent on one another. The study of new networkwords is not only a linguistic study, but also a new research area for Communication. With therapid development of network technology, people continue to create a network of new wordswith which to communicate. In fact, these new network words which first developed online invirtual communities such as chat rooms and BBS are already being used in the real world, they have become indispensable in our everyday vocabulary. These words are in line withpeople’s psychological needs of fashion and fast pace of life. This leads society to create asimple and efficient transfer of information resulting in efficient and entertaining new words. The propagation characteristics of the information society mean that old expressions areinsufficient and they must quickly adapt to mass media messaging. At the same time thedevelopment of a network of new words reflects changes in characteristics of Chinese, butalso to some extent changes in culture, society, politics, economy, and also in aspects ofpeople’s mentality. The new words on the web are of no fixed pattern or word formation, the generatingsources are derived from a diverse cultural background. Therefore students learning Chinesefind that when using online chat, online news or a Web site see a network of new words andthey are unable to know the meaning of those words. They will fail to understand importantinformation and this will therefore affect their reading efficiency and human communicativeability. Therefore, I believe that changes should be made to the current Chinese InternationalEducation Communication. We should further strengthen the network of new words andmoral education. This paper focuses on international education from the perspective ofintegrated use of Chinese linguistics, cultural studies, theories and methods of communication, analysis and broadcast transmission characteristics of the network to generate new words, andusing Mongolian students studying Chinese as an example to explore the difficulties they areexperiencing when studying these new words as well as the issue of network dyslexia andsolutions for this disorder.
