The Research Of International Students' Intercultural Communication Competence

With the rapid development of economy of our country's comprehensive national strength enhanced, and the international status of ascension, increasing the number of foreign students.Foreign students leave the mother tongue culture into the Chinese culture environment, it brought them many of the problems and difficulties. Whether it is similar to Chinese cultural environment state of students, or students with a greater difference between Chinese culture environment countries more or less will meet cultural adaptation and cross-cultural communication problems.Students need to know the new social culture,learn to adapt to new social cultural environment, improve their ability of cross-cultural communication.This article used the method called literature material, questionnaire investigation method and interview method, combining these three methods to do the study that the condition of foreign students cross-cultural communication ability,according to the cross-cultural psychology, cross-cultural communication theory and other related theory,I do some analysis relating the factors of influence which about the students communication ability, and the ability of the students cross-cultural communication gives some Suggestions.
