This paper is mainly about Wang Dao the scholar of Ming Dynasty and his Lao Zi Yi in the method of ideology history and hermeneutics-It focuses on the ideological connotations and characteristics of Lao Zi Yi, and compares with Lu Xixing’s Lao Zi Dao De Jing Xuan Lan·This paper will describe it in five chapters·The first chapter is mainly on the social background of Wang Dao·He lived in the time of Hongzhi, Zhengde and Jiajing, of which period had dramatic change·So it will discuss the politic corruption of Ming Dynasty, the development of commodity economy, the rigidity of Neo-thinking and the rise of Wang Xue-The second chapter is on Wang Dao and his Lao Zi Yi·There was not a accurate record of his lifetime-This chapter try to summary a report of his life and thinking on base of currently available information and introduces the visions of Lao Zi Yi·The third and fourth chapter is mainly on the content and feature of Lao Zi Yi, which will analyze from two aspects: Fisrtly, the Metaphysics of Lao Zi Yi, which was not what Wang Dao interested·Secondly, the political thought of Lao Zi Yi, which was his main purpose·So he had a much study on it·The feature of Lao Zi Yi mainly deals with the method of explaining Lao Zi and analyzes the annotation feature of Wang Dao-The last chapter is on the Discuss With Mi Shuuichi·Mi Shuuichi’s Lu Xixing And His Lao Zi Yi agrues that Lu Xixing had plagiarized Wang Dao’s Lao Zi Yi·I think that Lu Xixing indeed learnt the thought "forget the universe"of Lao Zi Yi, but Lu didn’t stayed in the lower level of what Wang discussed but deepened it, making it fully integrate into the theories of Lu’s Yin and Yang and spiritual development·As a result, it can’t be called plagiarism·...
