English-Chinese Translation Of Music Literatures With Contextual Reference

More emphasis is put on the function of "context" in literature translation in recent years. The better grasp of the context is a decisive factor to the understanding of discourse and semantics, as well as an accurate expression.In the process of specific language, contextual factors should be scientific analyzed and reasonable grasped. The term "Context" includes both linguistic context and non-linguistic context-the situational context and cultural context. How to fix the cultural differences and gaps in the translation process is a big challenge for translators in transferring competence with the grasp of context. This paper attempts to combine the specific case of music literature from non-linguistic context and linguistic context analysis, thus trying to translate the text in line with the applicable characteristics of general music literatures.
