Human development has always been among the hot topics in the academic circle.The previous researches about human development all started with the division of labor and the lifting of the alienated labor to discuss the possibilities of how human could gain the all-round development.Man,as a social being, cannot do without social intercourse with each other.Marx’s theory of social intercourse is worth of our attention and research. This paper,based on the social intercourse theory,tries to explore the ways of human development from the intercourse between people.To study the development of human from social intercourse is a new dimension,which will be very meaningful to the improvement of Marx’s human theory.Human is a social being, who exists in the form of communication in Marxism.However, Habermas believes that the communication action among humans is a socialization action based on mutual understanding through language used as an intermediate carrier. And the concept of communication is just simply understood from the perspective of contact by him. In addition, communication has always played an important role in his ideological system.Habermas holds the idea that the real interaction lies in the survival of mankind.From many aspects the human interaction is studied, such as the conditions and purpose of interaction, etc.The first part is the definition and history of thought communication. This part focuses on how to define social intercourse. I will develop my analysis from Marx, Jurgen Habermas and Jaspers three kinds of theories of social intercourse,from which I will find out their different ideas about social intercourse;The second part is the theory of social intercourse and human development. Based on Marx’s theory of social intercourse.This part will discuss in detail about the relationship between human development and social intercourse. The first section of this part is that human can not gain development without social intercourse.Focusing on the relationship between social intercourse and people. The second section will concentrate on the relationship between social intercourse and human development to illustrate that the importance of the form of social intercourse in human development. The third section is social intercourse and the all-round development of human. This section mainly discusses the positive influence on human development exerted by social intercourse and illustrates the foundation of the all-round development of human is wide social intercourse.The last section is that the all-round development of human is based on social intercourse and illustrates;The third part mainly concentrates on the significance of human development from the perspective of social intercourse. I will illustrate the theoretical and practical significance from social intercourse and the liberation and scientific development of human respectively.
