| Emboldened by economic globalization, cultural globalization is ready to boom.Devoloped countries such as America and Britain, began to invade the devolopingworld through cutural ways after the Cold War with “peaceful evolution” strategy. Asthe largest devoloping country, China must protect herself and vigorously build thesoft power in this smokeless war. Since reforming and opening, the domestic politicaland economic environment has been greatly improved. The cutural system reformwhich echoed with economy and political, has become an important part of being apowerful socialist country.The main content of this paper: Selecting the period of2002-2012to analyze theprogress, major breakthrough and achievements and then making an objectiveevaluation on China’s cultural system reforming. This paper considers that Chinahas been through three stages which are Pilot Reforming(2002-2005)、 FullReforming(2006-2010) and Deepening Reforming(2010-2012).There are many breakthroughs such as non-public capital is allowed to enter thefield of cutural undertakings、non-profit undertankings are positively translating theirmechanism and so on. The Cultural Reforming has brought out the flourish of China’scultural industry which helped the economic development and aroused the energy ofcultural institutions that produced a new kind of developing mode. Due to the moreopenning field and easier system, high-quality work keep springing up. Someexperiences has been summarized on account of practices: The success of reformingcan’t live without the guiding of “Deng Xiaoping Theory”、the important thought of“Three Represents” and “Scientific outlook on development”. We should look forwardthe direction of the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and boom the cutiralindustry. Also, we have got lots of enlightments like flxible mechanisms could helprelease the productivity. It has been proved that points from this paper could promotethe development of cultural industry. |
