The Regional Culture’s Impact On Shandong Zither Music Abstract

Zheng art is a traditional art which has a long history of the Chinese nation. In recent decades, Shandong Zheng Art has developed a lot, and has formed a regional characteristic of zither music style. Some scholars have explored the reason of the formation of Shandong zither music features from the perspective of genre, but few people use various cultures in a certain area as a starting point to study the impact of the formation of Shandong zither music features. This article first briefly summarizes the features of Shandong zither music, thereby grasping the overall development of the Shandong Zheng Art. Starting from a cultural perspective, and using the principle of multi-disciplinary knowledge integration, based on the collection and study of a lot of documents and audiovisual materials, I ponder the factors of geography, history, humanities which affect Shandong zither music style, and put forward some views and suggestions for inheriting and developing Shandong zither music combined with my performing and teaching experience.This article is divided into four chapters:Chapter One:The formation of the characteristics of Shandong zither music style. Briefly analyzing the style and features of Shandong zither music, and combined with the specific sample score, analyzing the unique scales, melodic rhythm, playing techniques and musical structure of Shandong zither music.Chapter Two:The influence which the differences of the regional cultural background have on Shandong zither music. Relying on regional cultural studies, analyzing the cultural factors, such as geography, history, culture, customs, people’s character and language, which affect the features of Shandong zither music. So that we can clearly understand the progress of Shandong zither music, and better experience the cultural connotation of zither music.Chapter Three:Shandong local music and Shandong zither music. Music is an important part of culture. Through the study of Shandong local opera and folk music, I summarize folk music’s impact on the formation and development of Shandong zither music style.Chapter Four:The inheritance and development of Shandong zither music. Inheritance and innovation are necessary conditions for the development of the music to survive, and music arts can inherit by means of education. In this article, first, I clarify the current situation of the development and innovation of Shandong zither music, and then analyze the factors that can promote the inheritance and development of Shandong zither music. At last, combined with my performing and teaching experience, I sum up some of the problems, which are in both amateur field and professional one, affecting the inheritance and development of Shandong zither music, and put forward some suggestions. I hope Shandong zither music can be protected, and I can contribute to its inheritance and spread.
