With the up of Chinese learning boom in the world, Chinese learning strategy is becoming more and more focused, however, most Chinese teachers in teaching listening course, both in the teaching method and teaching content in traditional teaching mode, therefore, in Chinese listening course, listening is not taught, but by test. Chinese listening ability which makes the students cannot make obvious progress. This article through to the Tianjin Nankai university, Tianjin normal university junior students abroad in Chinese listening course surveys and interviews with teachers, a preliminary understanding of elementary Chinese listening course cognitive strategy use, combining domestic and foreign research theories and research results of cognitive strategy, the design of elementary Chinese listening course put forward some recommendations on cognitive strategy use. Through research and explore the cognitive strategies play an important role in listening teaching for students abroad, so as to explore a set of scientific system of Chinese listening teaching strategies, help most Chinese hearing teachers to enhance and improve the teaching process and teaching effect, help Chinese primary students listening level are improved quickly and clearly.
