Conduct disorder is one of the common problems of mental illness in children, academics, parents, school educators and the community should pay more attention to it. The etiology of conduct disorder is very complex. It is not a simple trace of development, but the result of interaction with various reasons of risk factors and protective factors over time. It is related to genetics, parenting style, attachment relationships, peer relationships and many other factors.In recent years, callous and unemotional traits becoming one of characteristic traits which researchers concerned. DSM-V also increased the callous and unemotional traits as a subtype of conduct disorder, for people with limited "pro-social emotion". It may have different development mechanism of children with callous and unemotional traits and those without. Thus, it will affect their behavior and emotional problems, and make different trajectory of antisocial behavior.This study used two experiments, which participate was36normal children,23conduct disorder children without callous and unemotional traits and15conduct disorder children with callous and unemotional traits, to discuss the similarities and differences on emotions processing of these three groups.It was found that children with conduct disorder alone do not have deficit in emotion recognition, but they reported lower levels of emotional arousal on negative stimuli, which showed the damage on the emotional reactions. And they tend to make angry interpretation of stimuli. Children with conduct disorder and callous and unemotional traits are present more serious deficits in both recognition and response to emotional stimuli. They have difficult in identify facial expression of happy, angry, sad, neutral, especially the ability to identify sad and neutral facial expression. They have lower arousal level of negative stimuli in emotion responses as well as Children with conduct disorder only. In addition, they have a higher sense of control to unknown events.
