As the increasingly rapid pace of modern society, people’s sense of urgency and the pressure are increasing. Increased training pro-social behavior will undoubtedly have a positive impact on people’s mental health, and create a harmonious social atmosphere and weaken social contradiction. Cooperation is one of the important pro-social behavior, which is a kind of social activities two or more than two individual voluntary together to achieve the common goal through mutual cooperation and coordination. More and more researchers found cooperation was not only a kind of choice according to the specific situation of the strategy, but also a stable social trait of personality structure. Therefore, researches on cooperative personality will be a major trend in the field of cooperation. This research tries to base on the previous research, investigating the developmental characteristics of adolescent cooperative tendency, and the effect about self-esteem, interpersonal trust and perspective taking on youth cooperative tendency, then providing a psychological basis for the cooperation training of adolescents.The research used four scales,that is the cooperative tendency rating scale, self-esteem scale, interpersonal trust scale and perspective taking questionnaire.Among the research have781primary and middle school students in Shanghai City, including435boys,346girls. Through analysis of the results of research draws the following conclusions:(a) The development of cooperative tendency among the adolescents have significant gender differences, and the girls cooperative tendency is lower than boys.(b) With the growth of the grades,adolescents’ cooperative tendency increased firstly and then decreased, but there was no significant difference in the main effect of grade.(c) There are significant gender differences in adolescent inclusive; gender differences and grade differences in adolescent group intention; but the reciprocity of teenagers do not exist significant differences on gender and grade.(d) The sense of self-esteem, interpersonal trust and perspective taking have an effect on adolescents’cooperative tendency. The perspective taking as intermediary variables have a direct effect on cooperative tendency; self-esteem and interpersonal trust through the perspective taking indirectly affect the cooperative tendency. According to the conclusions of this study, when carried out the activities about the cooperation with education and foster, you can consider the following recommendations:(a) Cultivating any target behavior among the adolescents cannot do without cooperation between family and school, to develop the cooperation of adolescents must first obtain the school and family support and cooperation from both parties.(b) Respect the gender difference of adolescents’ cooperative tendency in education development, according to the gender differences carry out targeted training in the different methods.(c) Begin from three dimensions of the cooperative tendency, we can cultivate teenagers’ inclusive, reciprocity and cooperative intention. Because teenage reciprocity level is low, training a large space, can be focused on the development of their reciprocity, and pay special attention to the girls’emotion in the process of reciprocity cultivating.(d) Perspective taking is an important factor affecting youth cooperative tendency development, in the family education, parents should adopt democratic parenting style, fully understand the child’s needs and interests, respect for his opinion and equal communication; in the school education, to create a good class atmosphere, promote children, children and teachers exchange.(e) Individual personality characteristics are the significant influence factors to the cooperative tendency of the young people, in many individual internal factors, strengthen the sense of self-esteem and interpersonal trust education, improve the sense of self-esteem and interpersonal trust degree.
