As the increasingly rapid pace of modern society, people’s sense of urgency and the pressure are increasing. Increased training pro-social behavior will undoubtedly have a positive impact on people’s mental health, and create a harmonious social atmosphere and weaken social contradiction. Cooperation is one of the important pro-social behavior, which is a kind of social activities two or more than two individual voluntary together to achieve the common goal through mutual cooperation and coordination. This research tries to base on the previous research, investigating the cooperative tendency of the students in secondary occupational school, then providing a psychological basis for the cooperation training of the students in secondary occupational school.The research used four scales, that is the cooperative tendency rating scale, measuring social value orientation, basic empathy scale, interpersonal response indicators. Among the research have 226 secondary occupational school’s students in Shanghai Communication School, including 168 boys, 58 girls. Through analysis of the results of research draws the following conclusions:(a) Different gender of students have no significant differences in tolerance, reciprocity, gregarious tendencies, and cooperative tendency.(b) Different major of students have no significant differences in tolerance, reciprocity, gregarious tendencies, and cooperative tendency.(c) Single-parent family or Two-parent family of students have no significant differences in tolerance, reciprocity, gregarious tendencies, and cooperative tendency.(d) Students with or without the class cadre experience have no significant differences in tolerance, reciprocity, gregarious tendencies, and cooperative tendency.(e) The perspective taking, imagine, compassion and personal pain have an effect on the cooperative tendency of the students in secondary occupational school. The perspective taking as intermediary variables have a direct effect on cooperative tendency.
