A Study Of The Guangxi Popular Science Literature

All along, Guangxi popular science literature research is relatively weak. The related concepts about popular science literature in Guangxi are not clear, for example definition, status, role and value of meaning. This paper argues that, a remarkable characteristic of Guangxi popular science literature differing from other literary types is accompanied by the development of popular science cultural construction in Guangxi, and it becomes gradually a new independent literary type. Guangxi popular science literature, as a still small and unique literary style, is a unique combination of science and literature. Its development has very important practical significance and academic value to the literary and scientific circles, and the prosperity of it, in a certain sense, can reflect the scientific literature imagination and creativity of a country, or a nation’s the developed degree. The purpose of this paper will explore a new path to promote the development of Guangxi popular science literature under the background of popular science cultural construction in Guangxi.This research is divided into four parts:The first chapter, define the concepts of science literature; proceed from the demonstration of the development situation of Guangxi popular science literature that is under the background of popular science cultural construction in Guangxi, driven by the writers of popular science literature, the works of popular science literature, the audience of popular science, and the creative environment in overall grasp, and try to explore some reasons about dilemma of popular science literature in Guangxi; The second chapter, summarizes the features by researching works about Guangxi popular science literature, on the basic characteristics of the four levels, such as targeted, sociality, acceptability and the integration of science and literature, as well as from three aspects of the content, form, language make a detailed analysis about characteristics of ethnic minorities, localization features; The third chapter, study on the relationship among Guangxi popular science literature, popular science culture, and national culture, and study on the differences of Guangxi science literature and traditional literature in order to tease out two clues of development of Guangxi popular science literature, namely dependent development early and independent development nowaday, and sums up and analyzes the unique value different from other literature. The fourth chapter, from the angles of vertical and horizontal, first of all, the development of Guangxi popular science literature should be based on this model of popular science cultural construction in Guangxi and make a prospective argumentation.
