When the popular culture is booming in china, the ideas and styles of the people' s life have an unprecedented change. The direct result of the popular culture's booming, is that it makes the traditional culture structure disintegrate. The structure of the traditional social main culture and the elite culture became the main culture, elite culture and the popular culture. The booming of the popular culture and the change of the culture structure are the two degrees of the same process. They have the common realist root, for they are based on the foundation of china's marketing economic system, and they are the fruits of the transformation of the Chinese society. The booming of the china's popular culture and the change of the culture structure are historically inevitable and rational. But the real Chinese culture structure is not an ideal culture structure, To the opposite, it is a deformed culture structure. The booming of the popular culture makes the main culture and the elite culture withered. While only the popular culture can not provide enough meaning for an ideal society. For the popular culture has the double characters, free people and control people, It riches people's materiality, and at the same time it reduces people' deity. The two features of the popular culture ,Need the main culture and the elite culture coexist and develop. Only the three culture can develop harmoniously, and the culture structure is a reasonable culture structure.
