| In order to investigate whether different emotional impact on memory, we chose highschool students,we used video to launch the students’ positive and negative emotions, weused materials which included three kinds of English emotional words.In one group therewere pictures with the words,another there were no pictures with the words.We chose thememories scores of positive, unrelated and negative English emotional words as thedependent variables.The results showed that:(1) Using the video to launch the subjects’ positive and negative emotions, the effectwas obvious, both boy’s and girl’s mood was a significant difference with the previousmeasurement of emotional patterns.(2) The score of the active words, positive emotions started group was significantlyhigher than the negative emotions, girls’ score were higher than boys’, with pictures was notsignificantly than without pictures.(3) The score of unrelated word, girls score higher than boys, with pictures groupwas significantly higher than those without pictures, positive emotions’ group and negativeemotions group had no significantly differences.(4) The score of the passive words, negative emotions started group was significantlyhigher than positive emotions group, with pictures group was significantly higher than thosewithout pictures.Boys and girls had no significant differences.(5) The score of the total words, positive emotions started group was significantlyhigher than the negative emotions group, girls’ score were significantly higher than boys’,memory materials with pictures were significantly higher than those without pictures group. |
