One of the main purposes of TCSL (Teaching Chinese as a Second Language) is to help theforeign students to learn and speak Chinese fluently. In order to achieve this purpose, it requiresnot only the language and grammar teaching, but also the culture teaching. So in order to solve theproblems of Chinese international popularizing, we must focus on the culture and tea cultureresearch, and do some TCSL teaching which has the Chinese characteristics, and connect thelanguage and culture.In this paper, the writer takes the tea culture teaching as an example, explain the research bythe scholars and experts regarding to the tea, tea sets, tea art, tea cultural, etc. The writer explainedfrom the points of language and behavior. For the language, mainly used Chinese and English, forthe behavior, we use the countries which speak English as the main subjects, analyze thedifferences between China and England. Writer also raised the advice on the tea culture in TCSL,using the reference book and own experiences.The points as the below are the main parts of this paper:The first chapter describes the current TCSL and tea culture. Using three methods of theliterature and historical analysisã€comparison analysis and induction analysis to finish this paper.The second chapter analysis and do some research on the International Curriculum ForChinese Language Education, list the reference books which related to the tea cultural, and dosome analysis.The third chapter compares the differences between Chinese and British Tea from the point ofintercultural. The writer is doing some research from Language and non-language points.The forth chapter summarizes the chapters and analysis the shortage of the tea culturalteaching, raised the advice on how to approve it. The fifth chapter is from the points of senior and junior cultural teaching, the writer makesthe simple Teaching Design Proposal in order to emphasize her own ideas.The conclusion part is a summary of the full text and proposed direction of this chapterdeficiencies and efforts.With the diversity of world culture developing, it is our responsibility to consummate theTCSL on tea cultural, and to spread our Chinese cultural.
