This paper selected six semesters the student evaluation questionnaire of international students as the research object, the author hope that through the student questionnaire, quantitative and qualitative analysis and case analysis, find the teachers’ teaching advantages and disadvantages, find that the factors affecting the teaching evaluation, to explore the effectiveness of teaching evaluation system, thus the teaching Chinese as a foreign language as well as the teaching evaluation system to provide the improvement reference.Thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter introduction, introduced the selected topic background and significance, research review, research methods, research emphasis and difficulty. Second chapter Student evaluation of teaching overall outcome of the evaluation and influencing factors analysis, based on the teacher type, class type, type of students,the three teaching analysis of the basic factors in students evaluation of teaching results. Third chapter Student evaluation of teaching appraisal questionnaire evaluation index analysis, the objective evaluation and subjective evaluation of student appraisal of teaching are analyzed respectively, and analysis of the eight student questionnaire scores of objective evaluation index, and index of teaching need improving. Subjective evaluation index analysis to select out questionnaire and low inventory of good and problem summary analysis indicators. The fourth chapter is based on the case study teaching evaluation factors of full-time teachers, of full-time faculty members from the total value and evaluation index of eight points to conduct a comprehensive analysis, selecting excellent teachers representative and there are ups and downs, interviews, explores the common characteristic of outstanding teachers and problems of teachers. The fifth Chapter thinking and Suggestions, about teaching Chinese as a foreign language and teaching evaluation system.
