With the continuous development of teaching Chinese as a foreign language,the master of"Teaching Chinese as a Second Language" as a backbone of this course of studies has moved forward from a quantitative expansion to an advance in the quality of teaching.Teachers are the leading factor in classroom teaching,and the evaluation of their teaching is connected to the performance of teachers in the classroom.Therefore.it is urgent to improve the quality of"Teaching Chinese as a Second Language" through a scientific and reasonable evaluation of teacher's teaching methods.Moving on from these premises,this paper will focus on the topic of "Evaluation of teachers in 'Teaching Chinese as a Second Language' classes",which mainly adopts the research methods of questionnaire survey,interview and comparative research,followed by the basic research path of discovering the problems,analyzing them and propose some solutions.The discussion is divided in four parts,which will explore the aspects listed below.The first part is the design of a questionnaire and interview survey plan and the statistics and description of the survey results.Through the simple combining and analysis of the survey results,the main problems of evaluation of teachers in "Teaching Chinese as a Second Language" are found out.The second part mainly uses the method of questionnaire,interview and comparative research to discover and summarize the problems of teacher evaluation in "Teaching Chinese as a Second Language" classes" from three angles:the evaluation content is not clear and targeted,the evaluation method is not objective,the evaluation feedback lacks validity.Through the analysis of these problems,a foundation has been established for further research.The third part,chiefly through the analysis of the root causes of the problems of teachers'teaching evaluation,concludes that the influence of the research emphasis on the teaching morality of domestic universities and foreign universities,the lack of research on the evaluation theory of teachers in the academic field,the lack of internal motivation among other aspects pointed out the direction for the construction of a scientific evaluation system for teacher's work.In the fourth part,the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching:to strengthen the theoretical research on the evaluation of teachers' classroom teaching,and to improve the scientific evaluation of teachers' evaluation standards.These specific suggestions for the improvement of teachers' teaching quality provide the basic ideas for the construction of the"Teaching Chinese as a Second Language" disciplines.
