In the end of Ming dynasty, with the visit of the Jesuits in the south of China, new opportunities and possibilities has been provided to the interaction and communication of two different civilizations, especially the dialogue between Christianity and Buddhism. The missionary strategy of Catholicism and its attitude to Buddhism changes with increasingly deepened understanding of the situation of Chinese society and Buddhism, eventually the Jesuits who take Matteo Ricci as representative chose the strategy, the negation of Buddhism and supplementing Confucianism. The True Meaning of the Lord of Heaven is the representative work of this strategy. However the expressions of negation of Buddhism in this work caused various discontents of Buddhists, a large number of literary works that response to Catholicism have come out, among these works this article chose Bian Tian Shuo of Yuanwu, Tian Shuo of Zhuohong, Yuan dao Pi Xie Shuo of Tongrong to analyze. There are four concept choosing to be analyzed:the debate of the Lord and Buddha, the discussion of voidness, the transmigration of soul and the argument of heaven and hell.
