In this study,26.9%of respondents adopted surface acting,77.9%of respondents adopted active deep acting,88.5%of respondents adopted passive deep acting. There were significant gender differences of male and female teachers in passive deep acting except surface acting and active deep acting, moreover, female teachers’s average score higher than male teachers’ in passive deep acting. There were no differences between the head teachers and non-head teachers.(2) Compared the experimental group’s differences of pre-test and post-test with control group’s in three dimensions, the results showed that, there were significant differences in surface acting and active deep acting,no significant differences in passive deep acting.Conclusions:(1)The secondary school teachers in Tianjin who adopted surface act as emotion work strategies accounted for a certain proportion of the teachers surveyed,so intervention research about teachers’ emotional work strategies is necessary.(2)Cognitive reappraisal group counseling intervention can effectively make teachers choose active deep acting to adjust emotion, and reduce surface acting.
