The Impact Of Probability Levels On Moral Responsibility And Legal Responsibility Assessment

People are highly social animals,morality and law among people living in social constraints that cannot be avoided.With the development of cognitive psychology,cognitive cognitive moral responsibility and legal liability are two important contents of social norms.Philosophy and law to completely distinguish between moral responsibility and legal responsibility,in psychology,moral responsibility and legal liability are usually similar or even the same cognitive base.For example,to a moral responsibility and legal liability assessments,we tend to judge,does this behaviors led to a particularly harsh consequences,does this behaviors exist some unfairness,is the purpose of this behavior selfish,is this behavior contrary to the moral standards and social laws and society,am I not for good purposes? Our moral responsibility and liability judgment boils down to a set of social relations and social background.In previous studies,results,stories and other factors will affect the judgments of moral responsibility and legal liability judgment.Now that we have a lot of papers in research have proved the probability of the impact,Moral judgment,as a special social decision,and other types of decision making under the influence of probability this special type of variable,there is not much research.This study will explore the probability of moral judgment and legal responsibility to judge the effects and impact.In this study in the performer and the spectator,manipulation of people on the event results in the experimental material known probability,we researched different subjects of their moral responsibility and legal liability assessment.Results show that the assessment of moral responsibility and legal liability is affected by situations,probability,result.Legal assessment than the moral responsibility on the results of the assessment and the probability of more sensitive.Implementation scenario,morality and legal differences,and bystanders,on the moral responsibility of scoring score higher than legal responsibility.
