Musical theatre is basic to music for the soul, dance as important things of performance, it is through music, dance, drama of the integration of the three major elements to tell the story and characters of the performing arts. Musical and theatrical performance actually has similarities, for musical ability is a kind of drama. Theatrical performance requires real actor in the role from inner to move completely into the role, thus infection and conquered the audience. But musical performance is not only in this way, but also use the singing and dancing art means to performance, but in the end is for a better interpretation of the plot, characters. Therefore, characterization is the core of the musical performance. I understood this point, however, I was leading actress in Chinese musical " The Chinese national anthem " and "broken bridge", has its own method and experience on characterization.I put my thesis is divided into two chapters, the first chapter is mainly to share some theoretical knowledge and methods of creating characters, the second chapter mainly I feel yourself as a starting point, to share my experience of the heroine.
