In china, Senior high school is regarded as a special stage "life turning point", the students’ major pressure is in the examinations. Facing all sorts of examinations, many students will have more or less anxiety, especially when facing deciding the future life of the college entrance examination. Therefore, an effective alleviating examination anxiety group psychological service on senior three students began to be widely used, and effective group psychological service plan is among the positive exploration.This study of student group psychological service, based on the test anxiety on senior three students, is to the moderate and above the degree, which is designed to reduce the test anxiety degree eventually to improve the college entrance exam level, and explore the influence factors of group psychological service effectiveness.This study is based on the senior three students (No.33Middle School of Baotou) as the research object. In the first practice test before the college entrance exam, a test is taken on a random sample of two liberal arts classes, two science classes, an art class, a total of263people. And then an test anxiety TAT self-report scale test is taken according to the degree of anxiety, we choose15individual apiration people as the experimental group, and select15people as control group, Then the experimental group is guided. Finally the following conclusion is taken:Grojup psychological service can effectively reduce the senior three students’ test anxiety level.They are:before the training, the experimental group and the control group have no difference in test anxiety level, but after the training, the test anxiety levels of the experimental group is much lower than the control group; The experimental group, after the intervention, their test anxiety level is clearly lower than before the intervention, while the control group has no clear difference at all.The group psychological service can finally improve the college entrance examination level. The experimental group, after the intervention training, their college entrance examination scores and rankings are significantly higher than before the intervention, and the control group is significantly higher than the former test on test scores only, but there is no difference in rankings.
