The Construction Of Low Carbon Ethics Under The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

The industrial revolution promoted the social progress, but because ofthe excessive consumption of resources and large emissions of CO2, it alsocaused abnormal climate change, earth resources depletion, ecologicalenvironment destruction, appear unsustainable development of socialeconomy, thus it has hindered the development of the society. Toaddressing climate change, decreasing carbon emissions, reducing theresource requirements, and improving the ecological environment,countries are actively taking measures to find the way out of the dilemma.Ecological civilization is a kind of social civilization which both can ensurethe social economic development and protect human survival environment,through innovating new energy and new technology, advocatinglow-carbon life and production, ease the contradiction between man andnature, realize sustainable development of society and economy, solve theplight that human faces. In this context, based on the development oflow-carbon economy, construction of low-carbon society has becomepeople’s ideal choice."Low-carbon transformation" is the inevitable trendof social development in the future, to achieve low-carbon transformation,not only have the legal norms, but also the ethical and moral constraints.This article attempts to explore the construction of the low carbon ethicsfrom the perspective of ecological civilization. The article is divided into three parts: introduction, mainly body andconclusion.Introduction: This article mainly introduced the background of theproblem, the research theme, the theoretical and practical significance ofthe topic, the status quo and analysis of the topic, and as well as the basicresearch ideas and methods.Subject：In this paper, first of all, there are low carbon ethicalconnotation of ecological civilization and low carbon ethics to build thetheoretical basis of analysis, elaborated the connotation of ecologicalcivilization and low carbon economy, analyzed the influence of the Chinesetraditional ecological ethics thought of Confucianism, Taoism andBuddhism, and western ecological ethics to the ethics of low carbonbuilding, meanwhile, low carbon ethics building were briefly introduced therelevant theoretical basis. Secondly, the problems of low carbon in theethical practice are analyzed. The problems in ethical practice mainly havethe international pressure of low carbon economy transformation and onlyGDP, civil low carbon ecological consciousness and the lack of low carbonecological responsibility consciousness and low carbon ecological ethicsconstruction and the appraisal main body lack of assessment index. Finally,it builds ethics of low carbon analysis under the vision of ecologicalcivilization, putting forward low carbon ethics guiding ideology、basicprinciples in ecological civilization background, the implementation of the low carbon ethical practice measures to build a low carbon economydevelopment and the unity of the ecological civilization construction lowcarbon pattern of ethics.Conclusion: there are the ethics of low carbon building conclusionsand suggestions under the background of ecological civilization, briefinglow-carbon ethical social current status and prospecting future developmentabout it.
