Study On Chinese Ecological Civilization With The View Of The Ethics Of Responsibility

At present,Chinese ecological environment is facing many problems.Building an ecological civilization requires concerted efforts from all sides.From the perspective of responsibility ethics,to understand the ethical responsibility of the subject in the construction of ecological civilization and the difference between the main roles of different actors in the social and economic life,and the differences in the responsibility for the construction of ecological civilization,we can make us more clear about the "ought to be" and "the" in the protection of the ecological environment.It is of great significance to promote the reconciliation between human and nature,to alleviate the current ecological environment crisis in China and to promote the development of ecological civilization in China.This paper first analyzes the basic connotation of ecological civilization,and points out the three main elements of ecological civilization,namely,human and nature,man and man,man and society,and ecological civilization,namely,the civilization of ecological consciousness,the civilization of ecological rule of law and the civilization of ecological behavior.On this basis,it puts forward that ecological civilization has the characteristics of environmental protection,sustainable economic development,and coordination and cooperation.The responsibility ethics advocates the responsibility of the behavior subject to run through the decisions,selection,execution and consequences of behavior.It is an ethical system that requires good intentions,following the corresponding rules,and must be responsible for the results of behavior.Therefore,responsibility ethics includes the responsibility view of the result orientation,the outlook on the future oriented responsibility,the nature oriented responsibility view,the universal responsibility and the role responsibility,which are the four levels of responsibility.The ethics of responsibility contains the principle of self-discipline,the principle of "responsibility for oneself","foresight","integrity" and "sustainability",and emphasizes the principle of ecology.The connotation and responsibility principle of responsibility ethics are combed,and responsibility ethics advocates the responsibility of behavior subject to run through the decisions,selection,execution and consequences of behavior.It is a Lun system that requires good intentions,following the corresponding rules,and must be responsible for the results of behavior.Therefore,the responsibility ethics includes the four levels of responsibility: the result oriented,the future oriented,the natural oriented,the universal responsibility and the role responsibility.Responsibility ethics contains the principle of self-discipline,the principle of initiative,the principle of foresight,the principle of integrity and sustainability,and the principle of ecology.On the basis of the basic connotation of ecological civilization and responsibility ethics,the important significance of responsibility ethics in the construction of ecological civilization in China is discussed,and the ethical and ethical principles of ecological responsibility are put forward: the principle of respecting the ethical concept of nature,the principle of justice and equality,the principle of unity of the right to existence and the right to development,and the "same unequal" Ethical principles.Then it points out the problems in the construction of ecological civilization in China: the protection of animals and plants in the application and development of science and technology,the environmental protection in the economic development,the intergenerational equity in the social development,and the deviation of the assessment index in the view of the political achievements;finally,the government,enterprises,consumers,and consumers are the main body of the ethics of responsibility.Starting from the news media,this paper sorts out the roles and responsibilities of different subjects of responsibility in the construction of ecological civilization and the ways to achieve them.
