Research On Antithetical Theory In Tang Dynasty

Antithetical couplet is an important art method of poetic writing. It becomesmature and perfect while the archaic style poetry transform to the modern style poetry.Antithetical couplet has its specific writing rules in process of its development,moreover, it directly affects the poetry creation. This article selecting thecontemporary antithetical couplet theory as the research object, analyse Tang poetryas a carrier. It attempts to seek the key role of antithetical couplet theory from threepoints which are the accumulation of the parallel writings in the Southern andNorthern Dynasties, Yongming poem and palace-style poetry, the development ofTang poetry and antithetical couplet theory, the formation affecting by antitheticalcouplet theory of modern style poetry. From these aspects, it teases out thebackground of the antithetical couplet formation, seeks for the practice guidance ofTang poetry writing. And then it attempts to find and improve rules of the antitheticalcouplet theory development. As a result, antithetical couplet theory make a summingup of the important effects of verses.Firstly it analyse the effects of antithetical couplet theory affected by literarycreation in the Six Dynasties. From the parallel writings and Yongming poem, itestablishes the rudiment of antithetical couplet theory. After that, the article uses thepalace-style poetry as a entry point to analyse the improvement of the Tang poetry andantithetical couplet relationship.Secondly it forcus on the antithetical couplet theory in Tang poetry style. Itcentres on antithetical couplet theory established by Shangguan Yi, Cui Rong, Li Jiao,Yuan Jing, Du Fu and Wang Changling as anlysis. It attempts to find the developingprocess in Tang poetry creation, and then seek out the clue of antithetical couplettheory development and maturity.The last it has a major influence on the formation of modern style poetry. In thischapter, it analyse the influence from four aspects, such as rhetoric, rhythm, grammerand poetry style. From the internal factor of poetry and combinating the informationof Linguistics, this chapter conclude the relationship of differenct literature points andthen make a sum up the influence of poetry improvement.
