Research On Application Of Thematic Apperception Test And The Big Five Personality Questionnaire In Enterprises

For the efficiency and ensure the accuracy of talent assessment work, in this paper, based on the analysis of the typical personality test and comparative study to verify, there is a significant correlation between the Thematic Apperception Test and Big Five personality questionnaire, can according to need and substitutes for use in practical application. Research into the analysis and Empirical Study of dimension two, the Thematic Apperception Test and Big Five personality questionnaire were compared.
