With the development of the personality psychology research and the rise of postmodernism, the psychologists recognize that, we must develop local personality scale to measure the personality traits that deeply influenced by the culture. In addition, all the previous personality scales are across-condition scales, but in China, people's behaviors are deeply influenced by the conditions and extra-environments, so we have to develop a specific condition personality questionnaire and thus we can correctly describe and predict one's behaviors in a special condition. According the two, this research will use the Chinese personality model that established by Wang Dengfeng and Cui Hong to develop a manager personality scale.After two times test and statistic analyze, the distinctions and the choice selecting rates of its item are adapted to standard of a good scale requests and showed the satisfactory reliability and validity.Based above, we analyze the manager personality traits and the way how to use the scale in actual management conditions. The results of variance analyzes show that there are distinctive differences on the Xingshifengge subscale among different staffs and the Xingshifengge, Caigan, Qingxuxing and Chushitaidu subscales between different genders, and there's a interactive effect on the Xingshifengge and Maoxianxing subscales between staff styles and work-ages. Compared all the correlates between each other including the general score of all the items, we can find that the correlates between each dimension's score and the total score are higher than the correlates that between each other except Shanliang, that the value of the correlates of each dimension's score and the total score are above 0.70 except Shanliang and Qingxuxing, that the correlates between Renjiguanxi and the total score is above 0.80, and that the correlates between Renjiguanxi and Waixiangxing is above 0.70.There are some rules for using the scale in practice:First, we must find a person with what personality traits is able to work perfectly or can avoid the occurrence of fatal problems.Second, measure the company "personality" to determine which personality traits a person have can work effectively in the company.Third, analyze the group environments to find how to create the environment can make the group most effective.Fourth, the scale must be used with other measures when selecting managers or other staffs, for example, we can establish competence models or regression equations that include personality.
