Long-term artistic practice, so I have more to Chinese ink figure more profoundunderstanding, so I’m more interested in exploring ink figure painting, trying to createtheir own form of painting in the spirit of prayer and appropriately reflect this era ofchange creation.Traditional painting functionality embodied in its aesthetics, ancient paintings onpolitical, religious requirements, stressing that "in order to write to God" to achieveenlightenment for viewers of all walks of life and aesthetic pleasure of the viewer.Traditional impressionistic portraits focus on "subjective portrayal of mental imageryspirit" so to have to play and create new language inherited down the traditional ink penand ink possible. Resulting, rich tradition of Chinese ink painting and theoretical form isinevitable, the importance of tradition in Chinese Figure Painting visible.Chinese ink painting portraits from traditional to modern forms, extending frommodern to contemporary art of this change is the law, but also the starting point of ourstudy of art in Chinese Figure Painting. Contemporary Chinese painting, both adhere tothe "Old Master respect" or adhering to the "Western integration", meaning inheritanceand innovation have been re-interpreted. Constituted in terms of form, pen and inktechniques, characters, subject matter, or the artist’s own conception of the subject ofemotional expression, more and more artists have emerged out of character to break thelimitations of traditional painting. Chinese figure painting in the21st century will be thewhole of Chinese society, Chinese big change in cultural background, respect the lawsof art, more attention to the social concerns of life, based on traditional culture andWestern fusion, to create a synchronized in the current environment of Chinesesocialism portraits.
