Hulunbeier area in the Qing Dynasty as defense border point, since the SinoRussian Treaty of Nerchinsk, Buliansiqi community have signed, the loss of large tractsof land outside Xingan ridge north, west of Hulun Buir, to the inland region in a winkbecame border hub area. Then the border north of Hulun Buir and Russia, southwestand the Khalkha Mongolia junction, the position is very important, not only is thegateway to West Heilongjiang general area, is the most important area in the Northeastfrontier.Suolun(Ewenki nationality) is one of the most ancient nationality in Northeast ofChina, to fight mink, hunting, raising reindeer industry, good riding and shooting. LaterJin (Qing) after the rise, Manchuria’s rulers take the “employment of both kindness andseverity” principle has a part of Suolun man eight hushuu. To be incorporated into theEight hushuu Suolun soldiers a split in the opposition, to safeguard the unity of themotherland fight, as the pioneer and the main army played a huge role. Hulunbeierbecame the border area, the rulers of the Qing Dynasty attached great importance to theconstruction of border area. Yong Zheng ten years (1732), the Qing government decidedto establish the Hulunbeier garrison Eight Hushuu in Hulunbeier area, become the firstarmy drawn from Buteha area of Suolun, Daur nationality. The main force inHulunbeier as Suolun eight hushuu garrison eight hushuu in Hulunbeier, against foreignaggression, made important contribution to promote the Hulun Buir political, economicdevelopment and ethnic amalgamation.This paper will be based on the establishment process of the relevant historicalexcavation and finishing of Hulunbeier Suolun eight hushuu and organizationalevolution to make elaborate system, summarizes its functions from the military, socialmanagement, culture and education in three aspects, the role and presence of Suoluneight hushuu the issues are discussed, and through the overall condition of the QingDynasty Hulunbeier Suolun eight hushuu understanding more in-depth understanding ofthe Qing Dynasty ruled northeast frontier minority areas, which has a summary of someof the useful experience and laws.
