The Research On The Network Public Opinion Propagation Model And Coping Strategies Of Mass Disturbances

In the few years,as the development of the technology,the internet is more andmore important to our lives.the way of the Network public opinion will influencethe environment of the internet as well as the real-live.so the monitoring of theNetwork public opinion is very important.The predecessors used the Cellular Automata to study the spread of the Networkpublic opinion.in this paper, the Cellular Automata is improved in two aspects tomake it more in line with the characteristics of network informationdissemination.The first improvement is to allow the people of the model to move, topromote the exchange of the people in the model.To make it more in line with today’squick and cross-cutting information transmission network.in the unmodified model,there are small groups, and each small group is a serious polarization area.Accordingto the spiral of silence theory i made the second improvement.In a group, if thenumber of holders of a view is more than a certain percentage, the other members aremore easily to accept the idea.The results show that the exchange between the variousgroups should be considered when doing the control of the public opinion.At thesame time,we should screem and select the objects,determine whether there will be apolarization of public events timely and accuratly,and also to select the right time tocontrol, with minimal cost to achieve the best control effect.Through the summary of previous studies,combined with social developments,media publisher traits, characteristics of public events, media audience characteristics,information dissemination qualities and characteristics of social status are selected asthe research objects, and further subdivided measure each factor. The metrics of thefactors are further subdivided.as the introduction of the AHP, building athree-level model of the evolution of network public opinion. through a questionnairesurvey of experts we obtained the corresponding data,according to the analysis wefound that the right weight distributions of the various factors affecting networkof public opinion are Event qualities (0.3164)> Social Situation qualities (0.2719)>information dissemination qualities (0.1768)> Audience qualities (0.1197)> Publisherqualities (0.1152).Further subdivided found that Events related topics (0.20) andinequality (0.11) The two secondary indicators have greater impacts on the publicnetwork.
