Anti-Utopia literature is a miracle in the world literature. From it birth date until now,both domestic and foreign scholars have researched it from various aspects; while mentionedanti-utopian literature, the contribution of Russian literature was indelible: Zamjatin’s "We"preluded the anti-utopian literature. With the establishment of the proletarian regime in theSoviet Union,"Chevengur","Foundation pit" and other works of Andrei Platonov hadenriched the Russian anti-utopian literature from another point of view.Zamjatin’s "We" is the first work ever of the anti-utopia literature, the exploration ofits elements anti-utopia in both internal and abroad have never stopped; While for theanti-utopia elements of Platonov’s "Chevengur" had just started to be dug. Though the twoauthors and their works are from Russia, their background has a great disparity. Platonovlived in the period of socialism,"Chevengur" also be expanded with the background ofsocialism; Zamjatin’s "We" is with the background of the highly developed ideal society inthe future, so these two works with anti-utopia elements are fundamentally different. Thispaper attempts to combine the elements anti-utopia of these two works, compare and analyzethe characters, storyline and etc., divided Platonov’s " Chevengur " and Zamjatin’s "We "respectively into Eastern and Western modes of Russia anti-utopia literatureThe paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the general overview of theRussian anti-utopia literature, sketch the origins utopia literature, leads to the tworepresentative work of the Eastern and Western modes: Platonov’s " Chevengur " andZamjatin’s "We".The second part use "Chevengur" as an example, concretely analyze the feature of theOriental pattern, it is elaborated mainly from the three parts, which are the hero’s roamingroute of province, communist utopian life and the hero’s ending. The third part use "We" asan example to analyze the features of the Western model. It is analyzed from the hero’semotional description, the future citizen’s living space, the resistance against the greatunification and finally was subdued.The conclusion of the Eastern-style mode like "Chevengur " is defined as spiritualcommunism, and "We"—the Western-style mode is defined as substances communism.
