Look From《the Shengjing Times》of Qing Dynasty Three System Reform

This article mainly from four aspectsdiscusses the system reform of Qing dynasty three northeast provinces. First, from thenortheast time background and the necessity of system reform, analyze its inner link andfounded the Shengjing times; In the second place, from the Shengjing times coverage andposition, the system reform of northeast to analyze its historical value and the objectivity ofresearch; Third, in view of the Shengjing times on thorough understanding and the analysis ofsystem reform of northeast China, at the same time, on the basis of comprehensive otherhistorical materials, adopted objectively analyze the reform of the gain and loss; Fourth, thediscussion after the reform and the profound influence of the system in the politicaldevelopment.This paper argues that the late Qing reform while there are adopted in the incompleteness,but at the time to improve the bureaucracy corruption, moderate relationship with han, solvethe problems such as poor farming, has played a positive role, then objectively promotemodernization the three northeast provinces.
