The Research Of Culture Industry Development Competitiveness In Northeast Provinces

With the rapid development of the world economy, science and technology will no longer be the absolute center of international competition, cultural industry which can bring enormous economic and social benefits is becoming a new growth pole of national economies. Nowadays, government attaches importance to the cultural industry, so cultural industry grew rapidly, becoming one of the industries which have the maximum potential. As a traditional heavy industry and agricultural production base, Northeast China’s economic development has been the focus on primary and secondary industries, and ignoring the cultural industries, which is leading to the emergence of various problems of economic and social development in the three northeastern provinces. The three northeast provinces should regarded the cultural industry as a sunrise industry, attention to regional characteristics and culture, development of national culture, and improve the competitiveness of cultural industries, and then achieve rapid and healthy economic and social development. Therefore, this paper studies the competitiveness of cultural industries in the three northeast provinces, to identify factors which affect the growth of cultural industry in the Northeast China, and give some corresponding countermeasures, hope to improve the competitiveness of cultural industries in the three northeastern provinces, thus promoting the development of cultural industries in the three northeastern provinces.In this paper, the theory of industrial competitiveness is applied to the cultural industries, according to the current development of cultural industries in the three northeast provinces, analyzes competition ability of cultural industries in the three northeast provinces, and put forward proposals to the three northeast provinces which are favor of development of cultural industry. There are five parts in the paper:The first part introduces the basic information of this article, include the background, the meaning, and methods of this paper; the second part describes the relevant theories and concepts, as well as domestic and foreign research results; The third part analyzes the current situation of cultural industries in the three northeast provinces, noted the problems:low cultural consumption of residents, rely on the government overly, lack of government policies to support industry, the number of employees are to be improved, lack of management mechanism and competition mechanism; The fourth part analyzes the competitiveness of cultural industries in the three northeast provinces:Cultural Industry Competitiveness in Liaoning Province have an advantage, Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces are significantly weaker, lagging behind most of the provinces, and seriously affect the overall competitiveness of the cultural industries in the three northeast provinces; through the above analysis, the fifth part put forward proposals to improve the competitiveness of cultural industries in the three northeast provinces:give full play to the role of government to promote the development of cultural industries, build a talent team of cultural industry, improve the financing system of cultural industry, accelerate the pace of innovation in the cultural industry.
