On The Study Of Ethical Issues In The Antibiotic Application

Ecological ethics is a vital part of ethics. It requires people to face up to theecological problems which are mainly manifested in the macro and micro aspects, andestablish a moral relationship with natural ecology. With the continuous developmentof science and technology, people’s abilities to know nature and remake naturecontinuously improved. Human beings make the ecological environment out of balancewhile they receiving gifts from the nature, therefore, ecology crisis become the problempeople have to face. Ecological crisis as the result of conflict between man and naturehas become a serious threat to the survival and development of human being in themoment. Ecological ethics re-examines the relationship between human and nature, andputs forward a question of how to deal with environmental problems.Western ecological ethics is divided into two schools, namely the humancentralism and non-human centralism. The two schools raised their own views on therelationship between man and nature from different angles. However, because of thetheory’s one-sidedness and limitations, both sides have always failed to find methods tosolve ecological problems. Facing the increasingly serious ecological problems, todeepen the ecological ethics theory and put forward ethical suggestions for ecologicalproblems from different angles became very urgent.This paper expounds the concept and content of micro ecology. Based onresearches at home and abroad, through checking the outpatient prescription andantibiotic usage among discharged patients, it analyzes the problems in antibioticsabuse from the perspective of micro ecology, thus provides a theoretical basis forclinical reasonable application of antibiotics. Finally, this paper puts forward somesuggestions on the reasonable use of antibiotics under the perspective of harmoniousecological ethics, and makes important ethic review on the construction of ecologicalcivilization.
