culture scale,the scale of ecological law and the ecological technology scale,etc.And it points out the ecological scale have some layers,namely,macro,meso and micro scale.The two aspects above constitute a system of ecological scale.this study think that these ecological scales have its independent value,but also have its limitations because of the micro scale level through further interpreting the applicability of the theory scope and level of the various types of ecological scale.This article argues that the ecological colonialism theory should be promoted to the Marxist philosophy of ecological politics on a macro level,based on the effective absorption of micro scale evaluation theory but also transcending the micro level.The ecological colonialism can correctly be understood and treated in the ecological philosophy,the globalization,the class struggle,the social historical law,and such as the grand narrative level.The paper finally discusses the solution of ecological colonialism.The theory study circles of the ecological community in Eastern and western put forward many ideas to eliminate the ecological colonialism,but those vision and scale of the
