The Study On Site Protection And Utilization Based On Cultural Tourism Guide

Protection of historical and cultural sites is an important global issue, and how toprotect them is the great challenge facing humanity. Research and practice have provedrational development and utilization at the site on the basis of the protection is aneffective way to promote their sustainable development. However, large-scale urbanconstruction and tourism in reality bring new challenge to protect the site and thecontradiction between site protection and utilization becomes more and more prominent.How to protect and make good use of the site resources and achieve organic integrationof historical and cultural sites and social reality to make valuable sites and culturesustainable, becomes a serious problem in the new economic situation. This article aimsto study the site protection and utilization from the perspective of cultural tourism toseek out suitable measures and methods to resolve their conflicts.This paper uses case analysis approach to analyze the site protection and utilizationof domestic and typical practice cases, summarizes the conclusion that it is common tocombine site protection and tourism development and achieve good results in today’sworld. Through the analysis of interactive relationship between site protection andtourism development, this article considers "cultural tourism" as a starting point todevelop the site culture tourism, which focus on the excavated historical and culturalconnotation, to achieve maximum balance conservation and development. Meanwhile, the connotation, the type and the drive mechanism of site culture tourism are defined,and its development principles and the basic strategy are analyzed. Based on the siteculture tourism resources protection and product development analysis, the essaycreatively constructs the "3+3" double docking development model of site culturetourism, included three-tier protection system on the levels of site protection—"controlzone protection+building+landscape coordination area" and the three-tier productdevelopment system on the levels of the development of site culture tourism—"landscape and cultural tourism products and cultural tourism products+experiencecultural and creative industries", which makes those both level coupling and dockingwell in space and function, and ultimately forms three-tier site culture tourism system—"ruins exhibition area+core protected area of cultural tourism experience+culturaland creative industries zone" in the spatial layout.Selecting Yangjiacheng site in Shenmu on the basis of theoretical research as anexample, this article analyzes and argues further for the theory of the development ofsite culture tourism. Using RMP theory, it analyzes Yangjiacheng site culture tourismresources, markets and products, which determines the development of ideas and thetarget location, and constructs its cultural tourism "3+3" double docking developmentmodel, and the specific protection, spatial layout, product design and developmenteffectiveness are discussed.
