With the globalization in Guangzhou, more and more parents realize that the ability to useEnglish become more and more important so that they are willing to invest in their children’sEnglish training. Facing the huge demand, many English training companies try to grab thismarket. An overview of the market indicates that lots of English training companies encounterproblems with training patterns, management, cost control and marketing strategies. This studygives a clear picture of the situation of the whole English training market in Guangzhou. Itprovides theoretical guide to English training companies. Other training companies can use itto develop the study of this area.After6years’ development, R English training company has been reached512studentsscale. But from the long-term point of view, the analysis of the research strategy for Englishtraining is a little bit falling behind. This paper begins with the politics, economy, societytechnology and the characteristics and problems of English training market in Guangzhou toanalyze the macro environment which R English training company is facing. According tocompetitors, potential competitors, substitutes, the bargaining power of buyers and bargainingpower of suppliers, the paper analyzes the micro-environment which it is facing. According tothe STP strategy it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats aswell as clear market segmentation, positioning.On the basis of the4P,4C,4R marketing mix strategies and the writer’s experience, thispaper develops a list of effective and useful marketing strategies, such as4Pstrategies—product strategy, pricing strategy, channel strategy and promotion strategy andanalyzes application of these strategies in Guangzhou market. Meanwhile, for ensuremarketing strategies are implemented efficiently and successfully in R English trainingcompany, this paper builds the safeguard measures for marketing strategies by improving thequality of staff, employee loyalty and performance evaluation. Wish this paper could providereferences for solving existing problems in the English training marketing.
