With the deepening of globalization,China's national economy continues to develop rapidly,the level of urbanization continues to increase,and the degree of internationalization is getting higher and higher.The ability of mastering English is the most important ones in the 21 st century.Potential demand for English language training,which has become a hot industry.In recent years,investment concerning children's English learning has been rising.Faced with the huge market demand,lots of training institutions gather in to seize the huge market.The private education industry is also experiencing a period of rapid development.Through nearly 20 years of development,from the initial training courses to the current local training schools to large-scale listed companies operating nationwide chain stores in the market.As the capital city of An'hu Province,HF City has a lot of gap compared with similar enterprises in first-tier cities such as Beishangguang.However,the English training industry in HF is particularly competitive,and the competition strategy of enterprises is extremely important.Not only that,the current development of the private education industry is in a relatively saturated stage,and English training not only accounts for the largest proportion in the private education industry,but also the longest.This article document analysis,the current issues on education and training as well as basic theory and marketing at home and abroad to sort out and analyzed to build a basic theoretical framework for the full text of the study.Theory and practice of combining research methods,based on the operating status of the IELTS English language training company,the basic environment of English training services industry,analysis of the development of the IELTS English training company microscopic conditions of the environment and a variety of competitors,which provide a practical basis for the formulation of IELTS English language training company's marketing strategy.With the development of the English training market in HF,the key to the survival of enterprises in the industry lies in how to conduct effective market competition and achieve further development.This paper chooses the competitive strategy of HF IELTS English Training Company as the research topic of the thesis,and strives to make the theory,knowledge and experience of working in the educational institution in the business management learning stage as HF IELTS.The development of the competitive strategy of the English training company and the development of the education industry are analyzed in detail to cope with the fierce competitive environment in the HF city and even the province's private English education market.At the same time,using time as a clue to trace the company's competitive strategy adopted in the market competition since its establishment and analyzing the effects of these strategies will help us understand the the English education industry.
