In order to understand the relationship with interaction between executive function and creativity, the present study formed a 10-tasks Executive Function experiment measurement system, along with 6-tasks Creativity assessment, one Behavior Function questionnaire BRIEF-parent-edition, and Raven’s IQ test to evaluate Executive Function, Creativity and Intelligence in 398 children in 4th grade. The results showed that:1)Executive Function can be divided into 6 components in age 9, includingWorking Memory Span, Working Memory Updating, Verbal Inhibition,Spatial Inhibition, Reaction Shifting and Rule Shifting.2)Inhibiton Control and Creative Personality functioned as positive and negative predictor in Creative Thinking.3)Both Initiate Behavior and Reaction Shifting functioned as a positive predictor in Creating Products.4) Working Memory functioned as a positive predictor in Creative Personality.5) Individuals with higher creativity shows higher Executive Function.6) Intelligence has significant correlation with Working Memory in executive function. Conclusion:Executive Function plays positive role in Creativity, and individuals with higher creativity predicted higher Executive Function, the prediction relationship between Executive Function and Creativity both show consensus similarity。...
