Research On The Ghost Stories In The Wei Jin And Nanbei Dynasties About The Weird Novels

The phenomenon that ghost stories widely appear in the novels began in Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties. As a kind of folk literature, ghost stories have important influence on that times,so it should be given enough attention. The Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties is the initial stage of development of the ghost story, so it is need to be given more attention. This thesis will review the create condition of the ghost stories in Weijin and Nanbei Dynasties.Based on careful text analysis,it will classify this paper.Apart from that,this paper will analysis the culture background and the psychological basis. At last,this paper will research the era meaning of the ghost stories.This paper is to research the ghost stories from macro view,so that it will be helpful for the development of the ghost stories.The aim is hope to improve our understanding of this period ghost stories, deepen our understanding on the spirit of the times of Wei Jin and Nanbei dynasties. Specifically, the thesis consists of three parts:introduction, text and conclusion. The body part is composed of four chapters. The following gives a brief description of each part.The first is introduction. In this section we explain the "ghost story" for the concept, to clear the object of study; then we analysis the ghost stories in Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties;finally, we summarize the research methods and ideas.The second is the body part. The text is divided into four chapters:the first outlet the conditions in the Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties. From the analysis of the vertical angle, this paper will compare the ghost stories between the Wei Jin,Nanbei Dynasties and the previous era; from the horizontal angle of analysis, analysis the proportion of the ghost stories of Weijin and Nanbei Dynasties. Through this,the paper will analysis the creation situation and status during Weijin and Nanbei Dynasties. The second chapter is about the classification study on the content of the ghost stories of Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties.According to the study,from the angle of the relationship between man and ghost contents,the content can be divided into four categories. The third chapter carries on the analysis about the prosperity of cultural background and thought basis of Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties. Then,we will explore ghost culture development of the Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties, as well as the era of the helm of the nobility of spirit world. The purpose of this chapter is to supplement the reason of prosperity of the ghost story. The fourth chapter will analyzes the new cultural factor of Wei Jin and Nanbei ghost stories,to further explore rich era implication of the ghost story.Finally is the conclusion part. Ghost concept belongs to cultural mentality that is hidden and non-rational oriented research study.In fact,we are researching our human beings when we are researching ghost and ghost stories, because the ghost and ghost story is entirely created by man. Ghost,acted as visual expression of external beliefs and ideas,has close relationship with death, funeral etiquette and world view of death.Through the research on the ghost stories in the Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties, we saw a ghost story contained rich connotation of the times. Through the research of ghost stories, we can deepen understanding of the Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties. We can also have a better understanding of the social life, people’s ideological beliefs, values and spirits deepen of the Wei Jin and Nanbei Dynasties.It is the real value of the ghost stories.
