《A Taste Of Sugar》——Research Of Sugar Industry In Neijing

Urban documentary is microcosm of civilized society, spreading a city’s history and culture. The Neijiang sugar industry originates in white horse town. The history of Neijiang sugar industry is analyzed from the perception of the state owned Maoshi Sugar Plant and Mr. Chen Guangrong’s experience, who is an retired cadre, aged over 80.The author explores this research form the following four part:Part one, the significance, the status quo, the difficulties as well as the innovativeness of this research are illustrated. Part two, the motivation is presented here, which develops from the background information of Neijiang company and the analysis of consequence. Part three, the creation process is described here. It reveals the background information, the outline of the story, the reconstructing and recalling of the leading character. Part four, the inspirations and illuminations of creation are summarized.
