From Three Great legends in mid-Ming dynasty to “Four Dream in Linchuan” and legendary dramas of Wujiang school and Suzhou school, and then all the way to Palace of Eternal Life and The Peach Blossom Fan in Qing dynasty, double-clues structure had been changed from complicated transformation to continuous deepening. Profound origin of thought and culture can be seen in the process of double-clues structure modeled in legendary drama, in which traditional thought mode of binary opposition had restricted it potentially. The formation of double-clues structure was influenced by narrative tradition and oral art of history literature to some extent.Double-clues narration in legendary contains significant values of theatre studies.
