The General Aspect Marker ’/XA/’ Of Qingyang Dialect

In this paper, we select the aspect marker of Qingyang dialect’/XA/’for the study. Based on three meanings for perspective aspect marker,continuous aspect marker, and end aspect marker, this paper puts forward the idea that ’/XA/’is the general aspect marker.This is the greatest innovation and contribution to the paper.The main content of this paper is to describe the general aspect marker’/XA/’.The full text consists of six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the selected topic reason, the research object, the existing research situation,and a brief introduction of Qingyang city and Qingyang dialect.The second to fifth chapters are the main part of this paper. Firstly,it describes the aspect meaning of general aspect marker’/XA/’, followed by explaining it, and lastly it is compared with other Chinese dialects. The second chapter fully describes the aspect meaning of general aspect marker’/XA/’The third chapter discusses the complementary distributing characteristics of ’/XA/’.The fourth chapter demonstrates that ’/XA/’is a general aspect marker with related linguistic theories. The fifth chapter, compared with other Chinese dialects, it is found that the general aspect markers occur in many other dialects. Finally, in the sixth chapter, we summarize the innovation and shortcomings of this paper,and put forward some aspects that deserve further study as a supplement.
