Study Of The Cultural Productivity Theroy Of Chinese Spirit Development

Since Marx put forward the scientific theory of “productivity” category which lays the foundation of the materialist conception of history, people have never stopped the research on the category of productivity and the theory. Since the reform and opening up, a number of scholars have processed their researches on “cultural productivity” from various aspects to deepen the understanding of the category and the theory of productive forces. “Cultural productivity” is an important concept in the theory system of Marx. And the the basic value pursuit of Marxism is the realization of everyone’s uncontrollable and all-sided development. Vigorously developing the cultural productivity has an significant influence on the production material and spiritual wealth. And these are the backbone of the human spirit to ensure uncontrollable and all-sided development. In order to pursue the freedom of the human spirit, bloom the spiritual and cultural life, we must rapidly develop the cultural productivity. Thus developing the cultural productivity and blooming the spiritual and cultural life have consistency.This paper has three parts, The first part expounds three theories :The theoretical connotation of cultural productivity, the theory of the human spiritual development, studying on the relationship between the cultural productive and the human spiritual development. The first part describes the research of relevant theory. The cultural productivity refers to the "spiritual productivity",it mainly refers to the people’s ability to change the mental, emotional and concept as a cultural resource. And use the resource to product cultural productions, to provide cultural services,to create social wealth. People’s spiritual development is mainly divided into five aspects:, spiritual development of inner world, spiritual development of belief level, spiritual development of psychological level, spiritual development of moral level, spiritual development of pleasure.In addition, the cultural productive have an important role to promote the comprehensive development of the spiritual body. The first part of the article is a theoretical support, laying the theoretical foundation for the following.The second part describes in detail the existing problems of Chinese people in spiritual development in nowadays and the analysis of the factors of cultural productivity. Withthe development of productivity in our country, people’s material life level is improving continuously, and the spiritual and cultural level of people has improved as well on the basis of the improved material life level, which makes the contemporary Chinese spiritual outlook also takes on an altogether new aspect. However, our country is in the primary stage of socialism, and the main contradiction of contemporary China is backward productivity cannot to meet the people’s growing material and cultural needs. In the period of social transformation, of the contradiction that the backward cultural productivity cannot meet people’s increasing spiritual and cultural needs makes people confused and puzzled in people’s spiritual development. Therefore, the new problems confronting contemporary Chinese also urgently need to be solved. First, to analyze the mental problems of the current Chinese people, such as: the void of cultural spirit, lack of belief and ideal, the nothingness of moral beliefs and the humdrum of spiritual life, etc. Second, to analyze the reasons to cause the problems in Chinese people’s spiritual development which is leaded by the current backward cultural productivity. They are analyzed mainly from the economic, political, cultural and individual perspectives, which includes: the economic reason that leads to the problems of spiritual development is the low level of the degree of the development of cultural productivity; the political reason that leads to the problems of spiritual development is the market management is not in its place; the cultural reason that leads to the problems of spiritual development is the diversification of values in social transformation period; the subjective reason that leads to the problems of spiritual development is the uncomprehensive development of spiritual and cultural subject. Through the analysis of problems and causes, there would be the solutions to solve these questions mentioned in this part.The third part corresponds to the second part of the article, and it explains the countermeasures to fulfill the spiritual development of contemporary Chinese people from economic, political, cultural, individual and other aspects. First, vigorously develop the economy, improve the cultural productivity, and meet the needs of the spiritual development. Secondly, make the laws and regulations sound, strengthen the vigor of management, and create the harmonious environment of the spiritual development. Atlast, enhance the cultural study, improve personal cultivation, foster the comprehensive spiritual cultural subject.In a word, since the party put forward the concept of “cultural productivity” for the first time in the sixteen report, culture has more and more become an important fountain of national cohesion and creativity and the important factor of comprehensive national strength. Abundantly spiritual and cultural life can promote people’s spiritual development, and this has increasingly become the earnest desire of our people. The cultural productivity, as a soft power in today’s world, is another widely accepted important scientific proposition, is another leap in combining the cultural productive forces and the human spiritual development theory under a new condition.
