After the upheaval of the former Soviet union, the capitalist world is generally accepted that marxism has come to an end. In Specters of Marx, Derrida began to refute the "the ending of history" of Fukuyama by using the deconstruction of marxism on criticizing capitalist society and clarifing the contemporary misunderstanding of the Marxist development direction.In this article,it teased that how dose Derrida criticize the capitalist society and the gain and the loss systematically in Specters of Marx, which is divided into four parts:the first chapter expound specifically how does Derrida criticize the capitalist democracy with criticizing the few isolation of capitalist democracy,limitations and necessity; The second chapter expound specifically how does Derrida criticize the the mass culture and ideology of capitalism with commercialization of popular culture forced the "fetishism", standardization of mass culture catalyzed the hegemonism and deceptive mass culture blocked the"revolution"; The third chapter introduces that how dose Derrida criticize the specific phenomena of the capitalist society’s; The fourth chapter expounds the derrida vision of the future society.We analysis how dose Derrida criticize the capitalist society and the gain and the loss in Specters of Marx.Even though there are many disadvantages,but he pionted out there are many shortcomings in capitalist society.And as a kind of methodology,the Marxism is not only not the End of History, but also it glow the new vitality.
