| This paper aims at bringing the membership, which is a modern marketing concept into the current domestic drama management. In order to do that, this paper basically analyze the current situation of domestic drama management, therefore discusses the necessity and feasibility of introducing membership into drama management, so that it could helped the development of drama in the market economic system.For the specific research methods, this paper starts from the analysis of the membership, on one hand, tracing the origin and development of the membership, and on the other hand, exploring the successful application in other countries all over the world. Therefore demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of application of membership in domestic drama management.This paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter focuses on the emergence and development of membership, and divided them into functional types, in order to make a theoretical basis for the next four chapters.The second chapter is a specific study of the application of membership in foreign countries, such as the United States, Britain, Japan and other major developed countries.The third chapter is the focus of this thesis. By analyzing the drama management mode before the reform in cultural system and the current situation, points out the existing problems. Furthermore, compared it with the second chapter, which is the management mode in foreign countries. That being so, discusses the necessity and feasibility of membership in current situation in China.The fourth chapter aims to explore the matters in operational level. Based on the survey in Beijing’s drama management, discusses the specific usage of membership in Chinese drama management in practice.More discussion is based on the analysis and research of the previous chapters, this chapter points out the possible difficulties in the practice of adopting membership in domestic drama management, and gives some solutions.At the same time, the paper makes great prospects for the application of membership in the domestic drama management. |
