In recent years,the demanding of the international perspective person has been growing. In the lifelong education, adult education service has become an essential factor in social problems.The teaching of spoken English also be highlighted while relating to adult job.In our Country’sown particular situation, written examination has been essential in English study, which resulted in "dumb English" seriously, adult has met a lot of difficulties and bottlenecks in their job while the lack of oral English skills. All these factors produce a lot of social adults choose to return school or get into some training institutions to improve their own English skills. The current adults education just follow traditional oral English teaching system and methods, it leads to thelack of specialized teaching.The classescan not meet the realneeds of adults from working, etc. From the social status of the current teaching,to be a writtter, I will discuss the dilemmas in spoken English teaching in adults education. Andthe proper using of the experimental teaching mode.Byanalysisingthe content and the theory of experiential teaching,this paper will have discussions based on the characteristics of Spoken English Teaching from the Adults "experience". According to the literature survey and the author’s practical teaching experience, summing up today’s problem in spoken English teaching situation. Bybuilding an experiential learning mode for working adults,.discuss the construction of the experimental teaching based on the attending and building factors,. Abstract the author’s practical training classes as the object in research to get the establishment of proving the advantages and functions in experimental teaching mode.From the research, we can have a conclusion: although China-service adult education has been got a certain degree of attention, some restrictions are still existed in the situation, The traditional teaching mode has the essential position in usual teaching,it ignores adult learners’ own characteristics.Depending on thissurvey,the paper proposes the following principles and recommendations for Experience Teaching Mode:(1) Classroom activities should be gradual and take advantage of students ’prior knowledge;(2) Pay attention to students’ individual needs and emotional experience, place students on central position in teaching;(3) Emphasizes the authenticity and usability of content.
